Danfoss is looking for a Segment Finance and HR controller to join the Climate Solutions Finance team. In this position, you will have the great opportunity to work right at the interface between Finance (direct reporting line) and HR (dotted reporting line).

As the Segment Finance and HR controller, you will provide meaningful insights on the future development of fixed expenses and headcounts, support strategic workforce planning, prepare data/facts/scenarios for better business decisions, bridging people-related information from HR systems to traceable financial impact and ensuring predictability of fixed expenses.
