The Project Manager will be responsible to manage one or two major construction projects for SGRE. You will proactively manage and be accountable for the project execution in accordance with timeline, costs, risks, safety and quality. You will in particular manage the pre-construction activities of the project: scope definition, project setup and strategy, design, permitting, tendering and construction start.

The Project Manager will hire and manage the activities of several subcontractors: designer, project management company, general contractor or built-to-suit developer. The core project team will consist of 10-15 people. You will contribute to growing the technical knowledge of the team you belong to, by owning several expertise topics. You will contribute to regular lessons learnt and experience sharing.
