CORE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Overall Project management
Transaction- and process structuring and execution; in all activities associated with Offshore wind partnering & equity/debt investments to ensure value for Vattenfall is maximized
Negotiation of key transaction documentation with potential partners
