We are a newly established unit in Strategy Execution & Business Control with the strategic purpose of supporting our journey in Better Ways of Working and thereby becoming a better bank.

Our overall goal is to ensure that we achieve the desired outcomes of the development agenda and safeguard our agile practices. In Agile Tracking, we define guidelines to measure and track productivity gains, speed of delivery and Key Results set by Tribes.

As a part of changing the way we work, we support Finance in infusing agile principles into financial steering and tracking with a shared responsibility of consolidating the development portfolio outcomes, benefits and costs to facilitate target setting.
