Due to upcoming changes in our plant at Tønder, we are looking for a new colleague who will support our IT systems during the transformation process from being a part of a global company to a totally independent mid-sized company.
You will be the first point of contact for our employees with their everyday IT problems. You will work with different systems and provide the necessary support by yourself or with the help of external providers.
We expect that you, among other things:
- Have minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in production companies
- Have a proven experience working with IT infrastructure (e.g. servers, backup, switches, computers, firewalls, external lines etc.) and the application landscape
- Have a proven experience with Microsoft Office 365 & Customer Service Knowledge in Document Management & Archiving, Data Privacy & Protection Vicenta Privacy
