Danfoss Residential Heating is looking for a Change Agent for our Factories in Viby and Silkeborg. You will be working in a small team to systematically ensure and monitor overall performance improvements according to Danfoss Productivity Program (DPP) tools and processes.

You have experience with Lean and continuous improvement and excel in driving and managing projects in a production environment. As a person you take a burning interest in coaching and training people, and energy and entrepreneurship are a natural part of you.

You will be trained in the Danfoss tools and your role will be to support the local management in driving the production towards world class and to achieve our stretched target. We are in an exciting face with large growth and investments in both people, machines and buildings.
