The job is anchored in the Danfoss Digital Customer Experience Program (DCE), a program within Danfoss focusing on speeding up sales growth via digital tools.

You will become part of a team of dedicated CRM professionals set to further develop, maintain, and support the use of the global CRM platform.

Danfoss is looking for an analytics architect to drive forward our ambition of continuously improving the way we harvest the large amounts of data in our global CRM system (based on Salesforce.com).

As an analytics architect you will be working with Tableau CRM (previously known as Salesforce Einstein Analytics). The data to be analyzed is CRM data from our Salesforce CRM solution, but also sales relevant data from other data sources (e.g. pricing tools and SAP ERP). As an architect your role will be to ensure the consistency, quality, and ongoing development of our Tableau CRM platform.
