As a Junior UX Designer, you will work hands-on with both design and user research.

With the support and mentoring from our experienced UX team, you will have a great opportunity to develop and take on more responsibility over time. Starting out as a Junior UX Designer, you will:

• Evaluate the user experience – Supporting an experienced designer, you will plan and run user testing; gather research objectives, manage recruitment of customers, write discussion guides, moderate in-person and remote research sessions, analyze observations and turn user insights into recommendations and iterated designs.
• Design – Support our team in mapping user journeys, prototyping new experiences or improving existing digital touchpoints, design rapid prototypes for user testing and turn user testing recommendations into conceptual design options.
