Service Delivery Manager

Your role will be to ensure and guarantee a continually efficient customer and delivery cooperation. This is an opportunity to make a significant contribution to shaping the direction and journey towards working even more strategically with Service Delivery Management in Systematic.

It will be your overall responsibility to ensure and facilitate a good relationship with the customer. You will represent the customer internally within Systematic while at the same time representing Systematic externally. You will achieve this through dialogue and a high level of visibility among the involved parties, where you coordinate, manage, motivate and maintain an overview of the project, the deliverables and the terms of the contract.
