Do you want to rethink your impact, and are you passionate about bringing enzymes faster to the market?

Your main responsibility will be to implement and coordinate a new process for small scale food prototype (enzyme) production - hereby enabling that enzyme prototypes can be tested in the food industry in our global R&D organization. This includes coordinating with various stakeholders across Novozymes R&D, but also quality and regulatory affairs.

Besides this coordinating role, you are expected to be involved in both daily trouble shooting and optimization of our current enzyme purification or characterization flows.
