Service Account Manager/technical advisor within control and automation
Do you have a technical education, and do you like to have a constructive dialogue with customers about technical solutions and opportunities?
Your responsibilities will include:
- Be responsible for 10-15 customers with fixed service agreements
- Manage service agreements - ensure that we deliver as agreed with control of the finances
- Handle ad hoc customer inquiries via e-mail and telephone
- Prepare proposals in close dialogue with specialist colleagues from the Engineering department
