As a Transformation Expert, you will be assigned to specific projects in our factories for up to 6 months.

You will be leading the projects to achieve strong contribution margin improvements by optimizing the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) within Indirect Cost that affect the Factory Performance. You will be working in a truly multicultural environment with highly qualified colleagues from all over the world.

We have a global footprint and therefore it is important that you have the flexibility and willingness to travel approx. 50% - 70% of the time and to work in all our factories. You will be assigned a region and mainly support factories within this region. When not on-site we offer the opportunity of home working.
