This position is for You who wants to work in the hot spot between technical product development and technical management. At the same time, you will be responsible together with the other Mechanical Lead Developers to drive the competence development of the mechanical group in general. This by monitoring the overall competence level and securing that we move forward increasing each developer’s competences and as well as for the entire mechanical group. It is a big opportunity to grow your own competencies to higher levels.

In HW Acoustics & Mechanics department, we are looking for a Mechanical Lead Developer with the skills of being both a Technical Project Lead and a Competence Development Lead. This means that you with your strong background within the technical area, stakeholder management, planning skills, People skills; and Communication skills, are able to coach, empower and motivate your colleagues.
