We are looking for a team leader to join our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function. As an ERM Consolidation Team Leader at Santander Consumer Bank, you will closely cooperate with Risk Management teams as well as with Financial Management, Financial Control, Compliance, Legal, IT and other departments in the Bank.

You will also be involved in key processes within risk including risk identification and assessment, risk appetite setting, risk strategy, Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP), monitoring and reporting of key risks to executive and board risk committees.
