Danfoss is looking for a Senior Specialist, Total Rewards to join our Corporate Human Resources, Compensation & Benefits team.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Run C&B processes according to the HR – cycle in cooperation with other Center of Excellence colleagues, Regional HR and people managers.
Coordinate and communicate in all aspects of the C&B processes towards relevant business stakeholders and people managers, enabling HR colleagues and people managers to comply with principles and rules of the Total Reward Corporate Standards.
