For our Global Business Development team, we are looking for a Head of Strategic Collaborations and Partnerships

The role holder contributes to set the long-term direction of the Ferring Group and make strategic collaborations and partnerships related to Ferring Group’s areas of interest across companies. The role holder assesses and attain mandate to process transformational collaborations, M&A, IPO, monetization of marketable platform assets, spinouts & divestments enabling the Group to maintain focus on innovation, growth and financial autonomy.

Responsibilities and duties:

Identify gaps or opportunities in Group Strategy & Capabilities that might be best addressed via a partnership or other collaborative effort including divestment
Consider broad Corporate Priorities and contribute in Strategy Planning for financial investment trade-off requires for Group growth.
