Senior Manager for Infrastructure and Operations in IT

Aarhus

You will join a competent team with approximately 16 colleagues working to constantly develop and maintain our underlying IT support of business activities.

It will be your overall responsibility to provide a cost effective, secure and solid foundation upon which all Systematic activities are based, and further to ensure that this base is continuously evolving to meet the needs of the business. The selected person will have overall responsibility for 3 areas, IT Operations, Engineering and the Service Desk.

Your everyday tasks will consist of:

Team and area leadership, where you lead a visible culture of continuous improvement based on teamwork
Communication and engagement with internal stakeholders, across the department and with vendors
Lead improvements in process, automation, technology adoption, skill development
