In this position, your overall focus is to deliver the pedestal, which is the radar component that allows a radar to quickly turn the antenna towards the target and follow the path of flight. This requires very accurate electro-mechanical solutions including servo-drives, closed-loop regulation, power supplies, digital hardware and mechanical engineering. You create these solutions together with your team of currently 3 Hardware Engineers, 3 Mechanical Engineers and 1 System Architect working in close collaboration with the rest of the R&D department, the Project Managers and the production etc.
