We develop and invest in graduates for our General Management talent pipeline who demonstrate the potential to become Key Account Managers by the end of our 2½ commercially orientated programme, followed by continued progression towards becoming the head of a division in ITW.

You will have a comprehensive induction period in which you will learn about key functions in our business, be introduced to colleagues and ITW business philosophies. Your first placement will provide a valuable insight to our business, products and customers.
