Do you want to identify and conceptualize future solutions that create transparency in managing water resources and reducing water loss worldwide? Do you have the ability to and passion for bridging customer insights and business impact? Are you able to transform insights on customers’ needs and pains into new software and service offerings?
As our new Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for the future software and service solutions which requires a deep market understanding and customer insights. You will work in close collaboration with customers, external partners, R&D and Water Division Management in order to set the strategic direction for software and service solutions in our water business.
