Do you take pride in providing a high level of telephone support, and can you deliver the same high level of service to a variety of different users’? Do you want to be part of a central support team at BEC with a hectic, demanding, but also informal and fun work environment? Then you're the one we're looking for.

You will be a part of BEC’s netbank support which helps and guides the users in the financial institutions regarding net- and mobile banking among others. Our common focal point is to ensure a good experience when users contact us. We are the immediate contact with users who should feel met, understood and helped, whether they contact us in writing or by telephone. This requires our supporters to show initiative, responsibility and are both welcoming and effective.
