EMEA Customer Service & Engagement Manager with customer service experience & customer first attitude
We are looking for an ambitious EMEA Customer Service & Engagement Manager with strong customer service & inside selling experience, preferably in an international context.
This new Leader will establish the Customer Service & Engagement organization and structure, with the aim to improve our ability to serve customers (incl. key accounts), partners and direct sales channels. This role is central in our ambition in creating the foundation for further growth at MOCON Europe.
Working in an international company, you should expect around +50 travel days a year.
