Do you like to teach and connect with many different stakeholders? Do you have natural passion to educate others on how to use a new IT system and have a great toolbox to strengthen our BCM team? If so, this position might be something for you.

The Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Project is about how we best manage our products through their lifecycle. By implementing PLM we are providing Arla with one source of truth product data, improving the way we collaborate across functions and optimizing ways of working and processes. This project has an impact on many Arla employees.

You will be a part of the Business Change Management team, we are responsible for the training, roll-out and communication to our stakeholders. Your assignments will be in our trainer team consisting of 2 trainers and a training coordinator.
