Quality Lead

Join us to ensure excellent project execution in product development projects and make sure that our luxury audio-visual products meet Bang & Olufsen’s quality standards.

As our new quality lead, you will join Corporate Quality & Service in Struer. You will be part of 2-4 projects at a time, lasting 6-24 months, to develop brand new audio-visual products. Here, you will lead all quality activities and secure the right quality level together with the project execution teams. Beside that you as Lead Auditor will be a part of driving our internal audit program. Your tasks will be to:

• Attend project meetings and be responsible for all quality aspects of the project
• Coordinate quality activities, motivate stakeholders and follow up on agreements and deadlines
• Prioritize and escalate issues and make decisions that ensure the highest possible quality from a customer point of view
