By joining Capital Exposure Management you will be part of a team with a strong analytical profile consisting of seven dedicated employees in Denmark with skilled support from our Regulatory Reporting team in Lithuania. You will be working in a performance-driven organisation, with a steady focus on being a trusted business partner to our business units.

You will be expected to:

• Co-drive the capital allocation process by analyzing the link between capital consumption and business performance in the business areas. This involves calculation of risk exposure amount in the Bank compliant with current and future regulation. Develop views on how to improve Danske Bank’s financial performance by applying a strong analytical mindset and a sound understanding of issues relating to capital management.
