Are you our new Head of Group Project Development and Process Optimization?

We are looking for a dynamic, organized and self-starting professional to lead Heimstaden’s Group Asset Management project development and process optimization.The role is new and this, combined with our pace of growth, drive and ambitions offer you a unique opportunity to shape our journey!

Your responsibilities include:

Lead a lean team focused on process and strategy for group wide unit renovation program and new construction initiatives.
Uncover areas within the group to drive performance improvements in order to unlock productivity and accelerate execution.
To develop a system and process standards for Forward Development, Joint Venture and all New Construction initiatives at the Group level.
