Are you an excellent people manager, who can coach and motivate your team? Do you have relevant technical experience and an engineering degree? Do you have a passion for engineering and the development of rotor blade manufacturing processes?

You will most importantly be leading and managing a team of tooling engineers and specialists across various blade manufacturing sites, as well as technical writers. You will be responsible for continuously improving and optimising tooling to deliver a stable and repeatable manufacturing process.
