As our business director, you will be the “playing coach”, responsible for the Nordic business where you will have a hands-on role in realising the potential of the region.

You will get a close feel of the market as you put your sales skills into play, handling a very versatile group of key accounts and clients – from architects and contractors to distributors and social housing projects.

Moreover, an important part of your job will be to motivate and help your team to further develop and grow, which also entails defining and implementing business plans, budgets and strategies.
