We are seeking an experienced and proactive Resource & Planning Manager to our Wind business. You will head an experienced and international Resources & Planning team dedicated to making a difference for our customers and where outstanding coordination and planning skills are key to succeed.

As a Resource & Planning Manager your overall responsibility is to ensure that all projects are manned and planned effectively as per customer requirements. You will oversee the daily planning activities and be in close contact with our customers.

You will play a key role in driving operational process excellence and performance as well as digitalisation within your area of responsibility. As a hands-on manager for an international team based in different locations in Europe you will drive performance, development and team spirit.
