Platform Integration Specialist
Hellerup
We are looking for an individual who will focus on the technical integration aspects on the onboarding process, working closely with the partner to build API connections. Our new team member will also heavily engage in the migration of our partners from SOAP to REST based APIs.
Amongst others you will be responsible for:
- Facilitating the transition of the client from pre-sales to onboarding, working with pre-sales team to confirm the boundaries of the engagement
- Project managing the technical onboarding, representing not only our own platform branding elements but representing Operations Business Unit
- Managing new client technical IT integrations, this could be via API connections (REST and SOAP) or FTP protocols
