Product Expert for Global Support
As Product Expert within Global Support you assist all our customers with questions or problems of technical nature, mainly in English. You will focus on quality issues and challenging support cases.
The ideal candidate has extensive technical know-how, has experience in the telecommunication or IT business and feels comfortable employing these skills in a high-volume technical environment. Addressessing client concerns in a professional and friendly manner and navigating confidently with internal and external stakeholders is second nature to you.
Competencies:
- Fluent in English, an additional European language is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and pragmatic mind set
- Experience with HW, SW applications, RF, DECT and Bluetooth
