Danfoss Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC) is looking for a Director of Manufacturing Technology & Digitalization who is ready to take on a truly exciting and challenging role.

You will manage the Global Manufacturing Technology (GMT) team, who drive our Danfoss Cooling digitalization strategy, and work with local MT teams in our factories to ensure high quality, sustainable and profitable production. In connection with New Product Development, you will ensure we identify the best technologies for our processes and equipment, engaging high performing cost-efficient suppliers globally.

This role connects the dots between our Supply Chain, RD&E, Sales and Product Management, while assuring that we have the highest quality standards, continuously exploring and implementing new Industry 4.0/digitalization features on the market.
