Attract more – and better – candidates with visible ratings

When employees share their workplace experiences and provide ratings based on job satisfaction, it gives candidates a more credible picture – and a stronger motivation to apply. Job satisfaction is a powerful driver of both attraction and retention.

Build credible employer branding – candidates trust employees

Use star ratings as a strategic tool to stand out in the competition for the right candidates. When employees actively recommend your workplace, it becomes highly valuable – and authentic – promotion for your organisation.

To ensure honest feedback, we guarantee anonymity. We only collect the necessary information.

At least three ratings are required before they are displayed – ensuring balance.
