The Task Force is a part of a sustainable and proactive problem-solving during blade manufacturing piloting, and is a bridge between Engineering and BC all shifts operators.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced composite Technician, supporting the global blade manufacturing workshops, implementation of new technologies and new blades, as example the longest serial produced blade in the world LM 107.

You will work with the manufacturing processes Molding, Post-Molding, and Repairs.

Blade Structural Engineer

As a Structural Design Engineer, you will be a part of the team delivering the composite laminate design for new product introduction (NPI) projects.

The Structural Design Engineer will ensure that the design meets all product requirements, including component stresses, design life, cost and manufacturability. In the role, you will work closely with the remaining NPI team consisting of Product Manager, FE-, CAD- and Process Engineers as well as technical writers.

During the development project interaction with the manufacturing organization is vital and you provide support in the initial phase of production build, ensuring transfer of design intent to the factory. Finally, the Structural Design Engineer will generate certification reports for 3rd party review and work to continuously improve design tools & methods.

SR. DIRECTOR, new plants and capacity expansions

The Senior Director Footprint is responsible for delivering ready-to-run blade manufacturing plants and capacity additions to the LM Global Manufacturing organization.

Projects can be greenfield or brownfield plants, and in some cases plant extensions. Particular focus is on health & safety, on-time delivery, cost control, compliance and quality.

You will be the main point of contact for investors, design institutes, contractors and sub-contractors, internal support functions, and the steering committee and you will demonstrate full accountability for the project goals. The Sr. Director reports to the VP for Manufacturing & Industrial Strategy.
