Senior Associate, Facility Operations (Maternity Cover)

We are looking for an additional member of our successful Copenhagen FM team to join us in August 2024 for a 11 month maternity cover contract.

Responsibilities Include

• Create PRs and manage POs through SAP (keep track of created POs and update the records accordingly)
• Support the FM team with any SAP/finance related issues

Unit administrator to Eating Disorders Research Unit at Mental Health Center Ballerup

We seek a unit administrator with the aim of providing high quality administrative support in the daily running of the Center for Research in Eating and feeding disorders (CEDaR).

Your tasks will be varied and will include, but not be limited to:

• Supporting the head of unit with managing budgets (internal and grant-related)
• Responsible for registration of academic outputs (e.g. publications) in relevant archives
