Service Desk Analyst

The Embassy of the United States in Copenhagen, Denmark is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position of Service Desk Analyst within the office of Diplomatic Technology/Information Management Office.

Some of your tasks include but are not limited to:

• front-line response to both internal and external customer queries.
• provide Tier 1 operational support to the customer, perform ticket triage, troubleshoot Tier 1 technical and multimedia issues, and handle resulting incidents and service requests using the incident management.

Do you want to work in an international environment as a key member of a small but dynamic Motor Pool team?

You will be a key member of the embassy’s three-person Motor Pool team which provides a full range of services inside – and outside – the Embassy. The position is full-time 40 hours per week.

The primary responsibility of this position is to safely transport Diplomats and other employees to meetings and other events, as well as to provide courier service for documents and other items, to and from, various agencies and businesses.
