Senior HR Generalist at CUBIC Modular System

We're in search of a Senior HR Generalist to join our team in Broenderslev. As a key player, you'll collaborate with HR Business Partners and Centers of Expertise to ensure the effective delivery of HR programs and initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to implement HR programs, including employee development, performance management, coaching, and compliance initiatives.
• Drive Diversity, Equity & Inclusion priorities and foster a positive work environment.
• Support corporate initiatives such as employee engagement surveys and action planning.

Main Component Technician

Your primarily tasks will be:

• Work with replacement and reparations of main components, ensuring that Vestas' procedures and instructions are followed, especially in relation to safety rules and policies
• Continuously give input and ideas to improvements on technical documentation, work instructions and certification processes
• Perform special tasks (up-tower repairs, main component replacements, upgrades, field tests etc.) and working with crane teams and subcontractors

Commissioning Test Engineer

Your main responsibility will be field and factory testing of HV equipment, cables, switch gears, relays, and transformers in various sizes.

Our commissioning team is working with PV park automation and controlling in general. Documentation of commissioning and test will be an important role in the job.
