CRM Analyst

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Analyst to manage and optimize customer relationships through our Customer Data Platform. In this role, you'll be a key driver of our day-to-day CRM activities, develop customer segmentation strategies, and provide insights to improve customer engagement, loyalty, and sales across all channels.

You will be a self-starter ready to drive multiple projects enhancing our current CRM system and customer experiences.

Sales Coordinator & Analyst

As Sales Coordinator & Analyst, you will play a key role in coordinating European Sales and collaborating with our Field Application Scientists (FAS), the team members who visit our customers.

Your main responsibilities involve:

• Improving sales processes and prioritizing customer efforts based on data-driven insights
• Building and maintaining dashboards and reports that support sales planning and execution
• Analyzing customer data to identify trends, gaps, and sales opportunities

If you are a magician in creating the best customer experience within standardized CRM systems such as D365 with all the limitations and possibilities such a system provides, then you may very well be the new colleague we are looking for.

~80% of your time will be to define great UX/UI within the standard application and that ~20% of the solution we will need to build off-standard flows, where you will need to apply your wider XU/UI competencies to define “green field” UX/UI.
