You oversee implementing the local strategy for market development, developing the technological platform, managing operations, and after sales. Additionally, you contribute to business initiatives related to the EMEA region.

The leadership dimension also includes the specific guidance of the local management team. You set comprehensive goals, secure the right capabilities, and continuously develop both the skill portfolio and the organization of the business unit.
