• Barsels- og sygedagpenge refusion
• Besvarelse af henvendelser om løn, overenskomst og tidsregistrering fra medarbejdere og ledere

Regional udviklingskonsulent og konfliktrådgiver til Storkøbenhavn og Midtsjælland

Dine arbejdsopgaver vil bl.a. være at:

• Medvirke til at omsætte Røde Kors’ Nationale Strategi til konkrete handlinger i lokalafdelingerne, styrke samarbejde og koordination med kommuner og andre samarbejdspartnere – og på tværs i Røde Kors
• Bidrage til at udvikle og udrulle tilbud der styrker evnen til konfliktforebyggelse og -håndtering hos bestyrelser og aktivitetsledere
• Understøtte, inspirere og udvikle de lokale bestyrelser – situationsbestemt og dialogbaseret i fht. bestyrelsernes behov og understøtte til god ledelse

Your primary task will be, together with the TA team, to ensure the influx of qualified candidates for our many recruitment tasks. This implies that you attach great importance to analyzing the market based on the specific recruitment task, after which you work actively to contact potential candidates and create relationships with them.

TA Consultant

You will be responsible for recruitment across all business areas. You will drive your own portfolio of hiring, help define requirements, build effective recruitment processes, and act as our managers highly qualified sparring partner throughout the process, while simultaneously ensuring a positive candidate experience.
