Researcher

Your primary task will be, together with the TA team, to ensure the influx of qualified candidates for our many recruitment tasks. This implies that you attach great importance to analyzing the market based on the specific recruitment task, after which you work actively to contact potential candidates and create relationships with them.

In this role, you get the opportunity to work in a team where cooperation, responsibility, and flexibility are mutual and very important for our teamwork to be successful.

Are you a skilled HR professional who thrives in an international work environment and is passionate about delivering competent HR sparring to leaders while handling the full HR cycle?

Do you have experience with recruitment, onboarding, and talent management, and do you have excellent interpersonal skills being able to communicate with people on all levels of the organisation?
