At our office in Hammel, we are seeking a People Administrator to join our People & Culture department. This role is key in handling and supporting our employees in administrative activities on a daily basis and participating in the improvement of HR processes.

Researcher

Your primary task will be, together with the TA team, to ensure the influx of qualified candidates for our many recruitment tasks. This implies that you attach great importance to analyzing the market based on the specific recruitment task, after which you work actively to contact potential candidates and create relationships with them.

TA Consultant

You will be responsible for recruitment across all business areas. You will drive your own portfolio of hiring, help define requirements, build effective recruitment processes, and act as our managers highly qualified sparring partner throughout the process, while simultaneously ensuring a positive candidate experience.
