Your daily tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Develop and maintain strong partnership with business leaders and managers to understand their strategic objectives, business challenges and talent needs from an HR perspective
• Together with the Nordic HR team – streamline, harmonize and centralize the entire Nordic HR function to establish highly efficient HR processes and support

HR Generalist, Nordics

Accell Group in the four Nordic countries covers Sales, Service, Warehouse and Back office – a total of app. 200 employees and a multimillion Euros revenue.

You have a background from operational HR with experience from a generalist role, demonstrating a comprehensive skill set to effectively manage diverse HR topics.
