Gatekeeper

Vi søger en motiveret og engageret portner til 12-timers skiftehold på FMC Rønland.

Jobbet som portner består af en bred vifte af opgaver med hovedvægten lagt på sikkerhed og beredskab samt receptionsfunktion. Herunder bl.a. overvågning, indsats og bistand ved beredskabssituationer og øvelser. Modtagelse af gæster, håndværkere og chauffører.

Administrative co-ordinator (full-time)

Would you like to work in a European based organisation? Do you have good communication and co-ordination skills?

Your main responsibilities will be:

• assisting our Activity Managers with co-ordination of their activity and communication with activity participants and partners
• assisting with and co-ordinating meetings, including booking travel, collecting the required meeting documentation, drafting programmes and handling expenses
