Customer Service Representative - VAT & Tax Refund, Kastrup Airport

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives - VAT & Tax Refund for fixed-term call-in for work when necessary-positions, to strengthen our Kastrup Airport Refund team until end of year 2024.

The Refund point operates from Monday to Sunday from early morning (6 AM) to late evening (10 PM). We are looking for someone to who can work morning/middle and evening shifts and during weekends and be called-in in case of absences. Therefore, this position is optimal for e.g. a student.

You will play a pivotal role in steering our office operations, fostering our company culture, and ensuring the smooth running of our daily office activities.

Key responsibilities include management of 6 full-time employees as well as a group of part-time students working in the afternoons and evenings. You will also handle events, general administration, supply management, and reception.

Senior Event Project Manager

As a Senior Event Project Manager, you will be part of our HORIZONS team in Copenhagen.

This will involve some of the following activities:

• Coordination and servicing of MICE Groups, site inspections and Fam trips.
• Creating PowerPoint proposals and Excel costings from a given template.
• Supporting the Mice Team with logistical and administrative support.

We have an active social scene involving team outings, activities & social evenings.

Nordic Support Specialist – Part time

We are looking for a Nordic speaking part time colleague to help us out on evenings and weekends primarily.

What you will do:

• Work closely with the rest of the Support team to resolve any tickets or issues faced by your customers
• Provide mail, chat and phone support to our Nordic customers primarily

We are a remote company but we have a hub in beautiful Copenhagen where you have the option to work from.
