Legal Counsel to support green transition at NG Nordic

At NG Nordic, we are committed to enabling the green transition by turning waste into valuable resources. To support this, we are now seeking a skilled and business-oriented Legal Counsel to join our Nordic Legal & Compliance team.

In this role, you will provide high-quality legal support to our business units in Sweden and/or Denmark and collaborate closely with colleagues across the Nordic region.

Tax Manager

Are you a tax generalist who enjoys variety, complexity, and working across borders? Do you thrive in a small, close-knit team where collaboration, independence, and curiosity are valued over hierarchy?

You will be exposed to a wide- and challenging range of tax and business-related activities throughout the organization and will also co-operate closely with external advisors. In addition, you will have access to a renowned international tax database.

Corporate Lawyer – Project Finance & Partnerships in Renewable Energy

Are you a qualified lawyer eager to develop your expertise in project finance, partnerships, and capital structures in the fast-paced world of renewable energy?

You will gain hands-on experience with legal workstreams that are critical to the execution of renewable energy projects. You will support senior lawyers and business teams on structuring partnerships and capital investments, project financing, and the negotiation of commercial contracts.

IT Com­pli­an­ce Co­or­di­na­tor

Are you ready to take the lead in IT Compliance?

You will take on a specialized and independent role within the world of IT insurance, joining a highly skilled, agile, and multinational team.

You will interact with both internal and external stakeholders and have the opportunity to shape the role according to your vision, as you will be the sole dedicated specialist within The RiskPoint Group.

Sustainability Director

Are you passionate about having a meaningful impact on businesses in developing countries through improving their sustainability impact and implementing best practice ESG requirements?

The Sustainability Director contributes to the development of new investments from early screening through-out the whole investment cycle to ensure impact contribution according to IFU’s impact priority areas (green, just and inclusive transition) and to manage E&S risks and potential negative impacts.
