Do you want to work on one of the biggest infrastructure construction projects in Europe, building the world’s longest immersed tunnel between Denmark and Germany?

You will be involved in daily contract management, development of variations and handling claims during the course of the contracts.

Engineering Documentation Coordinator

Vi søger en engageret og struktureret Engineering Documentation Coordinator til at bygge bro mellem mekaniske ingeniører og indkøbsafdelingen.

Du vil have ansvaret for at overvåge ingeniørspecifikationsprocessen, så mekaniske tegninger, tekniske specifikationer og styklister (BOM’er) er præcise og komplette, inden de overdrages til indkøb. Du vil samarbejde tæt med ingeniører for at verificere og godkende specifikationer, materialer og designoplysninger.

Du får ansvaret for at gennemføre konkurrenceudsættelser; primært under Forsyningsvirksomhedsdirektivet. Her bliver det din rolle at yde udbudsretlig og kommerciel rådgivning i alt fra store EU-udbud til annonceringer og mindre anskaffelser.
