IT Governance, Risk & Compliance Officer

Europæiske Rejseforsikring – a subsidiary of ERGO International – is seeking a skilled and motivated IT Governance, Risk & Compliance Officer to join our growing IT team.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our IT operations and systems align with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ERGO Group directives.

The Sustainability Director contributes to the development of new investments from early screening through-out the whole investment cycle to ensure impact contribution according to IFU’s impact priority areas (green, just and inclusive transition) and to manage E&S risks and potential negative impacts.

Functional Analyst

As a functional analyst at Euronext Securities some of your key responsibilities would be to:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for system improvements or new features.
• Conduct detailed gap analysis and provide recommendations for solutions;
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.
