A program has been established to ensure that all personally identifiable information registered on customers, employees and partners will be subject to GDPR compliant data processes and storage.
Your role as a business analyst will be to drive the scoping process to ensure GDPR compliance for each of the online formats. You will be part of a team consisting of a UX’er, a business owner, a legal representative, an architect, a solution owner and a project manager.
Your responsibility will be to ensure agreement on scope within the team, and describe scope in a level of detail so the technical development team will be able to carry out the changes.

New position handling two agile software development teams
For our client DIBS Payment Services in Copenhagen we are looking for a strong agile leader to be responsible for facilitating deliverances of new features and maintenance of the payment platform, developed by two teams of approx. 12 software developers, scrum masters and QA/test people in Copenhagen.
This team lead role includes personnel responsibility with continuous motivation efforts setting clear and elevating goals, holding performance appraisals as well as yearly salary reviews. You make sure that the right competencies are on the teams.
You are a member of the IT management team with two parallel team leads, architects and operation, and you report directly to the CTO of DIBS. Furthermore, you will work closely with Product Owners as well as with the Operations department and software architects.
