Vi søger en passioneret kollega med praktisk erfaring indenfor IT-drift, som har beskæftiget sig med brugerinddragelse og interessenthåndtering og brænder for at omsætte processer til praksis.

Du bliver ansvarlig for Problem management-processen, og vil i tæt samarbejde med øvrige procesejere og interessenter skulle sikre, at processerne fungerer optimalt end-to-end samt følger gældende og aftalte standarder.

Du vil primært skulle beskæftige dig med problem, men vil også blive involveret i de øvrige operationelle ITSM-processer, som dit kommende team er ansvarlige for.
